Readme.txt:
Starting with SPSv8.4.0 executable files on the ftp site are signed with a new
SHA256 Certificate to resolve an issue so that the ftp file will download 
 without warnings.  This signing change effects the md5 sum of the shipment  
file for the LKLangSup-8.4.0-Setup.exe.
